Indoor Programming

Indoor training is geared to building fitness, strength, and flexibility to prepare you for indoor races over the winter, as well as on-water rowing next summer. Each member will have personal goals related to fitness, as well as competition goals, that they will discuss with their coach. Members can train to race virtually in various events, if desired.

Athletes/Indoor Training Groups

Youth – Elementary and high school members up to 19 years old (training up to 3 times per week) 

Open – Members 19 years of age or older (training 4 times per week)

High Performance - Members with high performance training goals (training up to 6 times per week)

All - Workouts open to all youth, open and HP members.

MEMBERSHIP COST (November-April)

Youth – $250 winter or $60/month*   

Open – $350 winter or $80/month*

HP - $450 winter or $100/month *

Drop-In Punchpass - $100 for 10 classes

*SRA/RCA fees will be in addition to membership costs (if you have already paid during on-water season you will not be charged)
